Introduction: History of Art

     Hello, my name is Andrea and one of my favorite things is art. It is a very extensive topic and it is pretty fun to talk about. Art has been around for about 40,000 years since prehistoric times. There were many types of reasons why people did, and still do, art. Some of them are to show different movements, styles, and periods. Since it is something that has been so around for so long, we now study it as history of art. There are many types of history studies, but art has to be one of the most extensive and complicated ones since it is not written but drawn so we would have to interpret what we don't know.
